The New Neighbour at the Gathering. At a neighbourhood gathering, two friends work out how the new guests know one another.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Gadis di depan itu siapa?
   Who is the young woman at the front?
2. Dia Rina, tetangga baru saya.
   She is Rina, my new neighbour.
3. Pria di sampingnya pacar atau sahabat?
   Is the man beside her a boyfriend or a close friend?
4. Dia pacar Rina. Mereka pasangan baru.
   He is Rina's boyfriend. They are a new couple.
5. Apakah semua tamu tinggal di sekitar sini?
   Do all the guests live near here?
6. Tidak. Sahabat saya datang dari kota lain.
   No. My close friend came from another city.
7. Dulu kami musuh dalam lomba debat.
   We used to be opponents in a debate competition.
8. Sekarang dia mengajar pelajaran sejarah.
   Now she teaches history lessons.
9. Menarik. Mari kita menyapa para tamu.
   Interesting. Let's greet the guests.
