Breakfast by the Roadside. Ordering breakfast to eat in or take away at a roadside stall.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Pagi, Bu. Ada nasi uduk?
   Morning. Do you have nasi uduk?
2. Ada. Nasi kuning juga baru matang.
   Yes. The yellow rice is freshly cooked too.
3. Makan di sini atau bawa pulang, Mas?
   Eat in or take away?
4. Bawa pulang saja, saya buru-buru.
   Take away please, I am in a hurry.
5. Mau pakai telur atau tempe?
   Would you like egg or tempeh with it?
6. Dua-duanya. Tambah pisang goreng satu.
   Both. Add one fried banana.
7. Sambalnya pedas, mau?
   The sambal is spicy, do you want it?
8. Sedikit saja. Ada kecap manis?
   Just a little. Do you have sweet soy sauce?
9. Ada. Bawang merah goreng juga saya tambah, ya.
   Yes. I will add fried shallots too.
10. Terima kasih. Besok saya mau coba mie goreng.
    Thank you. Tomorrow I want to try fried noodles.
11. Mie kuah juga enak kalau hujan.
    Noodle soup is good too when it rains.
12. Betul. Berapa semuanya?
    True. How much altogether?
13. Dua puluh lima ribu. Garpu dan sendok saya masukkan.
