Is the New House Nice?. Describing a friend's new house and the neighbourhood around it.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Kemarin saya lihat rumah baru Andi.
   Yesterday I saw Andi's new house.
2. Bagus tidak? Atau jelek seperti yang lama?
   Is it nice? Or ugly like the old one?
3. Bagus sekali. Rumahnya indah, bersih, dan terang di dalam.
   Very nice. The house is beautiful, clean and bright inside.
4. Daerahnya ramai atau sepi?
   Is the area busy or quiet?
5. Sepi, tidak ribut sama sekali.
   Quiet, not noisy at all.
6. Jalan ke sana mudah atau sulit?
   Is it easy or hard to get there?
7. Mudah, tapi jalannya macet kalau sore.
   Easy, but the road is congested in the afternoon.
8. Ada yang aneh tidak?
   Is there anything strange about it?
9. Tidak, biasa saja. Kamarnya masih kosong.
   No, it is quite ordinary. The rooms are still empty.
10. Andi sekarang kaya, ya?
    Andi is rich now, is he?
11. Jangan begitu. Dia kerja keras, tidak malas.
    Do not say that. He works hard, he is not lazy.
12. Betul. Dia orangnya menarik dan tidak sombong.
    True. He is an interesting person and not arrogant.
13. Minggu depan ada acara di sana. Seru pasti.
    Next week there is a gathering there. It will be fun.
14. Ayo datang. Daripada di rumah, membosankan.
    Let us go. Better than staying home, which is boring.
