The Unanswered Message. Two colleagues clear up an unanswered message without sounding demanding.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Maaf, pesan saya tadi sudah dibaca?
   Sorry, was my earlier message read?
2. Sudah, tapi saya belum sempat membalas.
   Yes, but I have not had time to reply.
3. Tidak apa-apa. Saya cuma perlu jawaban hari ini.
   That is okay. I just need an answer today.
4. Saya sedang rapat waktu pesannya masuk.
   I was in a meeting when the message arrived.
5. Kalau lebih mudah, boleh kita telepon?
   If it is easier, may we call?
6. Boleh. Tunggu sampai jam tiga, ya.
   Sure. Wait until three o'clock, okay?
7. Siap. Nanti saya telepon jam tiga.
   Okay. I will call at three.
8. Terima kasih sudah mengingatkan dengan sopan.
   Thank you for reminding me politely.
9. Sama-sama. Saya tahu kamu sedang sibuk.
   You're welcome. I know you are busy.
10. Sampai nanti.
