A Check-up at the Clinic. Booking an appointment, describing symptoms and getting a prescription.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Selamat pagi. Saya mau buat janji temu dengan dokter.
   Good morning. I would like to make an appointment with the doctor.
2. Untuk hari ini atau besok?
   For today or tomorrow?
3. Hari ini kalau bisa. Saya pilek dari tiga hari lalu.
   Today if possible. I have had a cold for three days.
4. Ada demam? Sakit kepala?
   Do you have a fever? A headache?
5. Sakit kepala ada. Semalam saya muntah dua kali.
   I have a headache. Last night I vomited twice.
6. Ada alergi obat tertentu?
   Are you allergic to any particular medicine?
7. Tidak ada, setahu saya.
   None, as far as I know.
8. Silakan masuk. Dokter akan periksa dulu.
   Please come in. The doctor will examine you first.
9. Apa saya perlu suntik?
   Do I need an injection?
10. Dokter yang akan memutuskan apakah obat flu saja cukup setelah memeriksa.
    The doctor will decide whether cold medicine alone is enough after the examination.
11. Di tangan saya juga ada luka kecil.
    There is a small cut on my hand too.
12. Nanti kami bersihkan. Jangan kena air dulu.
    We will clean it. Keep it away from water for now.
13. Kapan saya bisa sehat lagi?
    When will I be well again?
14. Dokter akan menjelaskan setelah memeriksa Anda. Klinik buka sampai sore.
    The doctor will explain after examining you. The clinic is open until evening.
