New Kitchen Equipment. A cook shows a helper which tool to use for each part of a simple meal.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Kita masak nasi di panci di atas kompor, bukan di oven.
   We cook the rice in a pot on the stove, not in the oven.
2. Sayur panas ditaruh di mangkuk ini.
   The hot vegetables go in this bowl.
3. Kalau mie, kita pakai sumpit.
   For noodles, we use chopsticks.
4. Teh dibuat dengan air dari teko.
   Tea is made with water from the kettle.
5. Apakah ikan dipanggang di oven?
   Is the fish baked in the oven?
6. Benar. Setelah matang, taruh di piring.
   Correct. Once cooked, put it on a plate.
7. Semua alat sudah siap. Kita mulai memasak sekarang.
   All the equipment is ready. We can start cooking now.
8. Baik. Saya siapkan piring untuk para tamu.
   Okay. I will prepare the plates for the guests.
