The Package Behind the Shelf. A resident and a security guard carefully trace a package that was put behind the wrong shelf.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Pak, aplikasi memberitahu bahwa paket saya sudah sampai.
   Sir, the app says that my package has arrived.
2. Saya jaga pos ini, tetapi belum melihat paket itu.
   I am on duty at this post, but I have not seen that package.
3. Kurir bilang dia menaruhnya di rak biru.
   The courier said he put it on the blue shelf.
4. Rak biru sudah pindah ke dekat pintu.
   The blue shelf has moved near the door.
5. Saat saya mendorong rak, sebuah kotak kecil jatuh.
   When I push the shelf, a small box falls.
6. Mari kita cocokkan nomor pada kotaknya.
   Let's match the number on the box.
7. Nomornya benar. Paket saya akhirnya ketemu.
   The number is correct. My package has finally been found.
8. Kurir meninggalkan paket di belakang rak.
   The courier left the package behind the shelf.
9. Saya sudah membayar, jadi tidak ada biaya lagi.
   I have already paid, so there is no extra fee.
10. Terima kasih sudah sabar. Saya akan minta kurir menaruh paket di tempat yang jelas.
    Thank you for being patient. I will ask couriers to leave packages in a clearly marked place.
