The dialogue, line by line

1. Permisi, masih ada kamar kosong?
   Excuse me, is there still a room available?
2. Ada satu di lantai dua.
   There is one on the second floor.
3. Berapa sewanya per bulan?
   How much is the monthly rent?
4. Satu koma dua juta, termasuk listrik dan air.
   One point two million, including electricity and water.
5. Kamar mandinya di dalam?
   Is the bathroom inside the room?
6. Ya. Ada AC, kipas, jendela, dan wifi juga.
   Yes. There is also air conditioning, a fan, a window and wifi.
7. Kalau saya pulang malam bagaimana?
   What if I come home at night?
8. Bawa kunci sendiri dan jangan ribut.
   Carry your own key and do not be noisy.
9. Baik. Saya mau menyewa kamar ini.
   Okay. I would like to rent this room.
10. Silakan pindah mulai besok.
    You may move in starting tomorrow.
