Kamar Terlalu Ribut

The Room Is Too Noisy. A guest reports two room problems and accepts a quieter replacement.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Halo, saya dari kamar tiga satu dua.
   Hello, I am calling from room 312.
2. Ada yang bisa saya bantu?
   How can I help?
3. AC-nya tidak dingin dan kamar sebelah ribut.
   The air conditioning is not cold and the next room is noisy.
4. Maaf atas masalahnya. Saya kirim petugas.
   I am sorry about the problems. I will send a staff member.
5. Kalau masih ribut, boleh saya pindah?
   If it is still noisy, may I move?
6. Tentu. Ada kamar kosong di lantai lima.
   Of course. There is an empty room on the fifth floor.
7. Apakah sarapan tetap termasuk?
   Is breakfast still included?
8. Ya. Reservasinya tidak berubah.
   Yes. Your reservation does not change.
9. Baik, saya pindah sekarang.
   Okay, I will move now.
10. Kunci barunya siap di resepsionis.
    The new key is ready at reception.
