Viewing a Rented Room. Looking around a room for rent and checking what comes with it.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Ini kamarnya. Silakan lihat dulu.
   This is the room. Please have a look.
2. Terang, ya. Lampunya baru?
   It is bright. Is the light new?
3. Baru bulan lalu. Kasur dan bantal juga baru.
   New last month. The mattress and pillow are new too.
4. Ada selimut dan handuk?
   Are there blankets and towels?
5. Selimut ada. Handuk bawa sendiri, ya.
   There is a blanket. Please bring your own towel.
6. Dapurnya bersama?
   Is the kitchen shared?
7. Iya, ada kulkas besar di ruang tengah.
   Yes, there is a big fridge in the common room.
8. Piring, gelas, garpu, pisau ada?
   Are there plates, glasses, forks and knives?
9. Semua ada. Sikat dan sabun juga.
   Everything is there. Brushes and soap too.
10. Televisi di ruang depan boleh dipakai?
    Can I use the television in the front room?
11. Boleh, sampai jam sepuluh malam saja.
    Yes, only until ten at night.
12. Ada balkon dan garasi untuk motor?
    Is there a balcony and a garage for a motorbike?
13. Balkon di belakang, motor parkir di garasi depan.
    The balcony is at the back, motorbikes park in the front garage.
14. Saya ambil. Kapan saya bisa pindah?
    I will take it. When can I move in?
