Losing the Data on a Phone. A phone stops working and a technician explains what can be recovered.

The dialogue, line by line

1. Mas, handphone saya mati total.
   My phone is completely dead.
2. Sejak kapan? Pernah jatuh?
   Since when? Has it been dropped?
3. Baru saja tadi pagi, jatuh di kamar mandi.
   Just this morning, it fell in the bathroom.
4. Kena air berarti. Saya buka dulu, ya.
   So it got wet. Let me open it up.
5. Data saya bisa diselamatkan?
   Can my data be saved?
6. Mungkin. Kalau sudah pernah disimpan di awan, aman.
   Maybe. If it was backed up to the cloud, it is safe.
7. Saya tidak yakin pernah.
   I am not sure I ever did.
8. Nanti kita coba hubungkan ke komputer.
   We will try connecting it to a computer.
9. Foto anak saya semua di situ.
   All the photos of my child are on it.
10. Saya mengerti. Saya usahakan sebisa mungkin.
    I understand. I will do what I can.
11. Berapa lama, Mas?
    How long will it take?
12. Dua hari. Saya kabari lewat pesan.
    Two days. I will let you know by message.
13. Terima kasih. Saya berharap masih bisa.
    Thank you. I hope it is still possible.
14. Lain kali simpan otomatis tiap minggu, ya.
    Next time set it to save automatically every week.
