1. Hari ini kita belajar tentang bumi.
   Today we are learning about the earth.
2. Ada berapa benua, Bu?
   How many continents are there?
3. Tujuh. Masing-masing berbeda.
   Seven. Each one is different.
4. Yang paling panas yang mana?
   Which is the hottest?
5. Afrika paling panas. Banyak daerahnya berupa gurun yang kering dan datar.
   Africa is the hottest. Many of its regions are dry, flat desert.
6. Di sana ada binatang liar?
   Are there wild animals there?
7. Banyak, terutama di padang rumput dan hutan.
   Many, especially in grasslands and forests.
8. Tanah di Indonesia bagaimana?
   What is the land like in Indonesia?
9. Subur karena gunung berapi, tetapi ada risiko gempa.
   Fertile because of volcanoes, but there is a risk of earthquakes.
10. Itu sebabnya banyak sawah?
    Is that why there are so many rice fields?
11. Betul. Bentuk sawahnya serupa di banyak daerah.
    Correct. The shape of the rice fields is similar in many regions.
12. Sudah berapa lama orang tinggal di sini?
    How long have people lived here?
13. Ribuan tahun, jauh sebelum abad ini.
    Thousands of years, long before this century.
14. Menarik sekali, Bu.
    That is really interesting.
15. Bumi kita satu. Kita harus menjaganya.
    We have one earth. We must look after it.
